Exchange & Cancellation Policy
3-Day Exchange Policy
You have 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn / unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

You must send the item back to the following address within 3–4 days:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure:
- It is the correct product
- It has no defects, damages, or issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange only if the issue is reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Order Cancellation Policy
- imivogue does not provide refunds or offer money-back guarantees on items purchased at SALE prices.
- Customers who pay via Debit/Credit Card may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Instead of a refund, the amount will be converted into a coupon/voucher of equal value.
This coupon can be used for future purchases within 60 days.
Exchange for Defective Items Only
- Exchange is available only if the received item is defective, damaged, or torn.
- The item must be returned to us in the same packaging, with tags attached, and in unused condition.
- Delivery/return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, as these are paid directly to the courier company.
- The complete exchange process may take 7–10 days.
